Odoo Functional Consultant

About the role

We're looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team delivering ERP implementations for enterprise clients across multiple industries. You will work remotely during fixed Indonesian business hours, with occasional in-person client meetings where all travel and accommodation are fully covered.

What you'll do

• Business process analysis and fit-gap assessment across Odoo implementations
• Prepare BRD/FRD documentation and support the technical team through development
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for client stakeholders, including at enterprise/corporate level
• Support business requirement analysis for other software development initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Functional Consultant/BA on ERP projects (Odoo preferred)
• Strong documentation and written communication skills
• Comfortable engaging corporate-level stakeholders, with strong professional communication, and able to problem-solve under timeline pressure
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
