MSD provides mobile app development, website and dashboard development, system integration (including Odoo ERP implementation as an Official Odoo Partner), and IT consulting services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for the cost of third-party products required for their project — for example, hosting, domain registration, or paid API/service subscriptions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of designs, code, and documentation created specifically for a client's project transfers to that client upon full payment for the engagement.

MSD retains the right to reuse general-purpose components, internal tools, and know-how developed during a project, and to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless the client has requested confidentiality in writing.

Both MSD and the client agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or personal information shared during an engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.

MSD will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivered work matches the agreed specifications. Any post-launch bug-fixing period, maintenance arrangement, or service-level commitment is defined in the specific project agreement, rather than assumed here.

Beyond what is explicitly agreed, MSD does not warrant that any website, application, or system will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party platform or future update to it.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or access reasonably required for MSD to deliver the project. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes that do not infringe on the rights of MSD or any third party.

To the extent permitted by law, MSD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from a delivered product, beyond what is expressly agreed in a signed project contract.

These terms, and any engagement with MSD, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties before either party pursues further legal action through the courts having jurisdiction in Indonesia.
