Project Overview
PMCK runs a job/sales-based service business (including specialized engine testing services), and needed a single system to manage the full lifecycle of a job: creating a quotation, tracking purchase orders and goods receiving, generating delivery orders and BAST (handover) documents, issuing proforma and final invoices, and exporting financial summaries — with every document type staying consistent regardless of which job type it belongs to. Live in production since 2023 and still actively extended (most recently, a new job-type category for their engine dynamometer testing service).
The Challenge
Job, sales, and quotation workflows needed to share the same underlying process and documents, but still be trackable and reportable separately
Each stage of a job (quotation → PO → delivery → invoice) previously risked becoming disconnected paperwork instead of one traceable chain
Adding new job categories over time needed to be possible without rebuilding the core workflow each time

To address these challenges, we developed a tailored digital solution that combines modern technology, intuitive user experiences, and scalable system architecture.
A single job-lifecycle engine driving Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, BAST, Proforma Invoice, and Invoice generation from one connected data model
Dashboard reporting that separates job types (e.g. standard jobs, sales, and newer specialized categories) while sharing the same underlying workflow and tab-based status tracking
Client-side PDF generation for every document type, keeping headers/footers/branding consistent across the whole document set
Export tooling for finance to pull structured job/sales data out for external reporting
Designed so a brand-new job category can be added by extending existing patterns rather than rebuilding the pipeline — proven in practice when we added a dedicated category for their new engine dynamometer testing service
