Project Overview
SIAP is PMCK's HR and payroll platform, and its mobile app is where employees actually live day-to-day: clocking in, requesting leave or business trips, receiving and completing assigned tasks, and tracking their own performance score. It's paired with a web dashboard for HR/Admin and Managers to assign work, review requests, and run payroll — with task performance feeding directly into each employee's KPI score.
The Challenge
Task assignment, approval, and tracking were disconnected from attendance and leave management, giving HR no unified view of employee performance
No systematic way to score task performance against deadlines, revisions, or violations — performance reviews relied on manager memory rather than data
Employees had no self-service way to check their own leave balance, task history, or payslip
Our Solution
To address these challenges, we developed a tailored digital solution that combines modern technology, intuitive user experiences, and scalable system architecture.
Unified mobile app covering clock-in/out, leave (annual + "normatif" categories tracked separately), sick leave, and business trip (perdin) requests
Task management with an approve/reject/revise workflow, deadline countdowns, and evidence upload on completion
Automatic scoring system: task performance (60% weight) combined with HR/attendance conduct (40% weight) rolls up into each employee's KPI
Manager/supervisor view for assigning tasks to one or many employees at once, with support for multiple concurrent assignments
Drill-down HR/Admin web dashboard — every summary number is clickable through to the underlying record list
